Become a CCC Member!

With our membership now approaching 50 members, we are providing engineering, manufacturing, marketing, business experience and a number of other valuable entrepreneurial skills to inventors.

As a joining member, we encourage you to assist the Co-op by providing personal resources for the benefit of both the Co-op and other members who may have ideas or inventions under development within the group. The greater the number of resources that we can provide, the more effective our organization will be.

Our initial membership fee is $500.00 and does not only give you access to a resourceful and diversified group with the freedom to network with all members, but also provides you with a number of definite benefits:

• a professional evaluation of your invention to assess its commercial value
  
  
• the ability to submit multiple ideas or inventions for initial evaluation without additional cost
  
  
• a potential to share in the profits earned from all products and/or services the Co-op develops
  
  
• learn from experience by participating on committees, evaluation teams, and project teams
  
  
• you will be compensated for your personal 'work and time contributions'
  
  
• an agreed-upon percentage of income, if your invention is accepted for further development and sale of product by The CCC

To protect members and The CCC, all members are required to sign a confidentiality agreement.

If you are already a member, you may submit additional inventions without incurring any additional costs. If you are not a member, you may submit ideas or inventions to us for a fee of $500.00 (CDN) per submission. Our Submission Policy provides greater detail of the submission process. Please review the policy before submitting ideas or inventions to the Co-op.

Invention Submission Kit:

In order to submit an invention, you must fill out three different forms. These forms comprise our Invention Submission Kit and are available for download below:

Submission Agreement:
You must agree to and sign our Submission Agreement.

Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA):
To protect you, the Inventor, you are also required to fill out a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). This form will also be signed by a director of the Co-op.

Invention Disclosure Form:
To provide the Co-op with sufficient information about your invention, a Disclosure Form must be filled out. This document also includes the address to mail the submission kit to.
